  1. Patch for FreeTerm 1.12
  2. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  4. This patch allows you to use !FreeTerm version 1.12 with Acorn Internet and
  5. any other TCP/IP protocol stack which is compatible with Acorn's.
  6.  
  7. The unpatched FreeTerm uses the path FreeNet: for its configuration files.
  8. This will not work when you use Acorn Internet and like to keep the files in
  9. !Internet.Files rather than in !FreeUser.Files. This patch lets FreeTerm use
  10. the Inet: path instead which works for both FreeNet and Acorn Internet.

  12. To apply the patch, locate Acorn's !Patch utility, run the patch file and
  13. drag !FreeTerm to the Patch window.

  15. Please make sure you have a backup copy of the original !FreeTerm before you
  16. apply the patch. I will not accept any responsibility for the problems this
  17. patch may give you, although it works fine for me.
